Excellent staff. Excellent customer service! I couldn't be happier with my experience with TLC. I was broken down and I'm from New Jersey and they got me home within the day. I would definitely recommend there services.
What an amazing place to work with for any type auto work. Had a blown out tire this morning and TLC had a tow truck sent out, brought to the shop and fixed the same day. They even had someone from the shop drive me out to my job that was close by and dropped my vehicle off to me after it was completed! These guys were an honor to work with from Reese the Tow truck guy, to Dom who works the front end, and finally Anthony who was able to drop the truck off. It was our first time using them and it was a great experience. We use them 1 million times over.
Very thorough and detailed with analyzing any problems your vehicle may have. Inspection process is very transparent with customers providing photos and videos sent to your phone for you to see exactly what they see. Estimate approval for each individual job allows customers to assess exactly what repairs you want to move forward with. Warranty offered , Quality of work is superb very professional. If you are having a hard time with sketchy mechanics I highly recommend TLC , they will get the job done.
