Had very good experience for oil changed and very reasonably prices I thought they made mistake after paying went back to confirm charges which they said was correct definitely going back for all the maintenance of my car and our family vehicles highly recommended
I have been going yo TLC Auto & Truck Center for several years. Today I met a brilliant young woman whose name is Felicity. She was an excellent sercice manager. I will be brining my Ram 1500 into them for service. Today I was accommodated with an inspection while I waited. This group has great mechanics and service over and above any other place I know.
Cannot say enough about this place. The communication was great. I dealt with Erick who was absolutely phenomenal. They got my van right in and kept me informed throughout the while service. While they may not be the cheapest i believe you get what you pay for and the service was top notch. Sent me an entire diagnostic of my vehicle to show me other issues that need to be addressed in the near future with no upselling whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone and i absolutely will be a returning customer!
I have been a customer for over 33 years. Wonderful service, fair prices, honest and reliable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! And Eric is wonderful to deal with!
