I have had several body work experiences with TLC. The work is excellent and the owner is a gentleman. In one case, his estimate was less than the actual work he was obliged to do but he refused to increase the bill and was going to eat the difference. In the most recent case, he was able to reuse the bumper rather than replace it and he charged me less than half the original estimate.
