Had a booking placed and had to confirm with a booking fee, however the lash technician had me waiting at reception for half an hour before approaching me to cancel the appointment. Major inconvenience - time wasted and no lashes.

Terrible. Lashes were NOT separated, and a week later as my lashes have grown they are really uncomfortable and now coming out in clumps with multiple natural lashes coming out as well. Paid $150 for the pleasure, tried to raise it with Management yesterday and was promised a call back but heard nothing. Disgraceful. I have bald patches already and will need to pay to have all lashes removed today or risk further damage. Beware!

Really happy with the Training I did in their Melbourne Center the knowledge of beauty and lashes was very well thought out. I did both the online and Face to Face class and both trainers was exceptional. Also the quality of their product was amazing. I also ordered custom made products from them with their factory in Korea and Thailand and the quality and delivery of products was extremely high. Recommended :)

My experience getting eyelash extensions at The Lash Beauty Bar was less than professional. The consultant ended up gluing some of my top eyelashes to my bottom eyelashes, in some cases there were multiple silk lashes applied to one real eyelash, and she took a personal phone call in the middle of my appointment. She also charged me a full set when I already had a set on (so it should have been a refill). Would not recommend.
