Appointed by hospital for my elderly father with dementia to give morning medication as needs to be provided & prompted to take. At time of their arrival he was leaving his residence going to communal area for his breakfast. Told him to remember to take his tablets when he got back which is a useless request to a dementia patient.
Worked for TLB247healthcare for 2 years the calls times were short as 15 minutes and when I left they didn't pay me my last month's wages
