Carl was our driver and he was great. The best service and he had to wait 3 hours for my sugery to be done. He also was a great help with my husband who is in a wheelchair. He aws the best. Also all the other drivers we have had were very good and so nice. I love using this company for our medicsl trsnsportation.

I used TL's services to pick my family and I up to take us to the airport. The customer service was fantastic from the very first moment I dealt with them. Rhiley was very helpful answering my initial questions. Our driver was Duane and he was the most delightful human I've ever met. If I need more transportation in Northeast Ohio, I don't see how I could go with anyone other than TL Worldwide from this point forward.
