I used TL's services to pick my family and I up to take us to the airport. The customer service was fantastic from the very first moment I dealt with them. Rhiley was very helpful answering my initial questions. Our driver was Duane and he was the most delightful human I've ever met. If I need more transportation in Northeast Ohio, I don't see how I could go with anyone other than TL Worldwide from this point forward.

Great professional company. TL Worldwide helped us out with our wedding transportation. Everything went smoothly and our guests were very happy with the service. Garry and Samantha provided excellent communication through the entire process. Would highly recommend.

10/10! I would highly recommend TL Worldwide to anyone! We chose to use this company, because the hotel that we blocked rooms at provided a credit toward a shuttle to this company only. We booked both a shuttle for hotel guests, and a limo bus for our bridal party. Wedding guests said that they waited until every single guest was back at the hotel before stopping running, which was a worry of mine.
