Great service. Constant feedback on when the electrician was coming and within the timeframe the provided. Friendly service from the receptionist to the electrician. I highly recommend them.
My experience with T & L started right from the moment I called to make enquiry. There was the politeness and friendly tone although till appointment to come and fix the electrical problem in my house was finalized. John was on time, friendly, and demonstrated good experience in identifying and rectifying the problem within a very short time. I will surely use them again and as such highly recommend T&L for solution to your electrical problems.
I would highly recommend T&L Wiring Pros for any electrical work you need done. They are very professional and will take the time to explain all of the work they will be doing/have done for those who don’t really understand electrical work. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves and they are also reasonably priced and don’t try to charge you more than it really needs to be. Wonderful customer service!! Krista tried to help me resolve my issue without having to pay for a service call - it’s so difficult to find customer service like that anymore! When I realized that I did need someone to come out, Jon was here within 30 minutes and fixed everything. Thank you!!!
