Broke down with a ryder trailer on I-74 and ryder sent them to repair an issue with my trailer brake line. Fixed it no problem, apparently there was an issue between him and ryder and the guy took the part and left - I can understand that but didnt tell me (the driver) and I had to call him to find this all out, told him I understood why he left and took the part but a heads up would have been nice- got told to go @#&^ myself.
