Had a leak that was still covered by warranty. Asked for pictures. Left message on read.
Thiago was great until I asked him to come back to finish the job. He gave multiple excuses as to why he couldn’t come back and he never gave us our invoice. Our neighbors had the same issue with getting their invoice from Thiago. He then never responded to our calls or text. Now I have a downspout missing and no proof of his so said 25 year warranty.
Tiago and crew did an excellent job of cleaning my roof. They got the job done quickly and were polite and professional. Recommended.
Terrible experience with this contractor. Install gutters not straight and come back 3 times to fixing them. Really bad communication with them. Asking for full price after the work not completed finished.
Thiago and his crew were absolutely fantastic. Came out very quick and got the job done professionally Great at communication and was on time did great. definitely highly recommend Thiago and his crew.
