I had Star Gutters install permanent Christmas lights on my home. They were over an hour late arriving for the installation. The installation went well The tech (Teliagi) was personable. We had agreed on a cash price for the installation. When the work was complete I paid with cash. I requested a receipt for the work done and information on the warranty of the lights. I had All Stars Gutters and Roofing come out to clean my roof and gutters, and I have to say—what impressed me most was the young man who did the work. He was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was respectful, professional, and clearly took a lot of pride in what he does. Had a leak that was still covered by warranty. Asked for pictures. Left message on read.
Thiago was great until I asked him to come back to finish the job. He gave multiple excuses as to why he couldn’t come back and he never gave us our invoice. Our neighbors had the same issue with getting their invoice from Thiago. He then never responded to our calls or text. Now I have a downspout missing and no proof of his so said 25 year warranty.
