Absolutely atrocious customer service, I've never seen anything like it. Multiple emails asking for invoice and service records that are never responded to. Phone calls often get routed to assistants who take down a ton of information and not once have I gotten a call back after leaving a message with them on numerous occasions. It is incredibly frustrating and a complete time sink to try to communicate and do business with T.L Shield & Associates. Absolutely would not recommend them.

Joe at T.L. Shield set the standard for extraordinary customer service. We had someone stuck inside an elevator and he guided me through how to get him out. Sadly, this firm was so busy they could not come out to maintain the elevator for the non-ambulatory owner but Joe referred me to a firm he thought could help. I would recommend this firm above all others. Thank you.
