I've had two interactions with the team there and they were extremely wonderful and very skilled. There was one customer in at the same time yelling about something out of anyone's control, I watch them de-escalate and handle the situation with such professionalism. I am so grateful for their work. My car was returned to me well before the estimated completion time. I hope nothing else happens to it but if it does I know that I will be in good hands at TL panelworks.

Terrible experience with these guys. They replaced my door under insurance, but after months I am now taking it to another repairer. Initially they ordered the wrong door, delaying my repair by weeks. When they did put the door on, they didn't do it correctly and it was not sealed. This was evidenced by whistling wind and water leaking in to the space between inside and outside the door. I took it back to them to rectify, they told me it was fixed.
