If I could give them zero stars, I would. We paid in full for services with the promise that they would complete the work after our electric was turned. Duquesne Light came out to connect the electric to our new construction home and we were told that TL did not do several things they needed to do. I have been texting and calling Tom from TL for 4 days and get no reply. They suck, are overpriced and seem to have scammed me. Tom, the owner told me his anxiety was high. I think he is high, also.
