I have been to this salon once before and had a fine experience. Today, however I was extremely disappointed. The appointment took two and half hours, at one point one of the manicurists forgot about me and left me sitting for 20 minutes. The last photo was what I asked for and the other video and photo was what I received. I’m not sure if it does it justice in the photos but I could’ve probably done a better job at home. The nails turned out amazing. She was fast, but efficient. Very reasonable pricing!
I asked if I could still come in for a French tip shellac 30 mins prior to closing just to ensure that it’s okay with them but they welcomed me. The lady who did my nails was rushing so much and did such a messy job with my nails. However there were white streaks all over and my nail was not cut on the edges to have a proper oval shape as I requested. There was also white nail paint all over my skin that she didn’t bother cleaning. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER🥲
