Excellent.
Service has always been absolutely excellent for the many years I have attended this nail salon. However the last manipedi experience was rushed in order to accommodate a recently arrived small group that required service, leaving me with a pedicure minus nail polish as the unfazed tech moved quickly to take my payment and on to attend to the new clients. This salon has lost my business.
One of the worst paint jobs I’ve ever seen on a shellac pedicure, I could do the about the same quality at home. Update: 1 week later my big toe has cracked because it is so thin and my feet have never felt rougher after a pedicure Thoroughly, unimpressed. I do not recommend at all.
Booked my appointment a week in advance and they cancelled it just a few minutes before my scheduled time. They said it was because an inspection started on Friday and was still ongoing on Saturday, which is the day of my appointment. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of consideration for clients. I was really looking forward to the service because I have an event to attend, and they completely ruined my schedule. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
I have been to this salon once before and had a fine experience. Today, however I was extremely disappointed. The appointment took two and half hours, at one point one of the manicurists forgot about me and left me sitting for 20 minutes. The last photo was what I asked for and the other video and photo was what I received. I’m not sure if it does it justice in the photos but I could’ve probably done a better job at home.
