As the original painting contractor that did my Aspen Homes house when it was built six years ago, TK's was a logical choice for me, as my home - and all the others in my development - were done impeccably. TK’s is one of the rare businesses that still possesses that old school excellence in product quality and customer service. From upfront communication about their pricing and services, working directly with your project team whenever asked, returning your calls and getting you info when you need it, to delivering your finished product on time or even ahead of time, these people are absolute savages in professional exceptionalism.
They painted our condo building at Schweitzer in August of 2022. Showed up and did the job on schedule and communicated well through the process. Paint job turned out great and details were all paid attention to.
These guys did a great job! Highly recommend.
Absolutely would not recommend, multiple no call no shows, Rich specifically threatened to show up at my house to confront me about a dispute we had over a repair. When we were disputing the charges ($510.00) over the phone with Rich about the repair, we came to an agreement on the cost for repairs ($340.00), to which their secretary called us back to inform us that they would not accept the new agreed price for repairs and would send us to collections if we did not pay their invoice in full.
