Great small gym for focused results. This is not your run of the mill treadmill filled gym. This is a gym that can be personalized to the results that you want to achieve. The focus is around the multipurpose rig that can help train from people trying to compete in advanced obstacle courses to the beginners that need assisted pushups. Some of the most dedicated individuals to fitness in the area, with a rig system like this, you can seriously experience a different type of fitness. Breaking away from treadmills and basic lifting.
