I went to the TEXAS office in Randol Mill 4 times already during business hours and its always CLOSED! I went yesterday morning on Tuesday Dec 19, 2023 door was closed, but sign said open from 1pm-4pm. I went back at 1pm and it was closed , went back at 3pm and sill CLOSED.
