unbelievably nice, competent, and honest
AMAZING!! One of the employees witnessed another car hit mine while it was parked. The car tried to drive away but he flagged them down and made them file a police report, and left his # on my window. He coached me through the steps I needed to take with the police and insurance, and I returned the favor by using his services. The car is as good as new after a pretty brutal hit and he even gave me cash to go get a tire rotation at another shop since they didn’t offer it. Not very professional on matters with updates on my vehicle statues and didn’t advice us on them charging the insurance for storage fees in which they told us at the last minute phone call my vehicle was gone. (Taken away).
My car battery died and I came in looking for a jump, the woman at the desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. She lent me their battery to take with me and had the mechanic teach me how to jumpstart my battery lol. Patient and kind. No charge. I love them
