We had TKO install a new sliding door on our second story deck, replacing an existing French door. The turn around time from putting request into the website, Kyle reaching out to me for information, to install, was super fast. Probably would have been even faster if I didn’t leave him hanging for 2 weeks, but that’s on me. Kyle and his team are wonderful. I have had multiple negative experiences with contractors since moving to the area and am so happy to say that TKO went above and beyond with my deck. Kyle’s attention to detail is unmatched. I am so happy with the product we got and the quality of everything. Would highly recommend.
I am in the construction field he is the most unprofessional person I have delt with from the start he was rude and then told me his engineers dog ate his homework and that took a month and when I said I was done he charged me 1125 for shit plans
He's a con artist he played me from day one I gave him a month and then he still didn't give me my money back NO WORK DONE UNPROFESSIONAL
Kyle and his team did an amazing job with replacing boards on my deck. They were able to get all of the demo done and all of the boards replaced within a day and a half. I requested services to get the work done on a Tuesday and my deck was completely finished before the end of the day on Thursday. The crew cleaned up after themselves and reviewed their work after each day to make sure it was done perfectly.
