He inspected my vehicle, taught me about the problem (and a few other things about car maintenance), was honest about why he uses the parts he does, and upfront about cost. After calling around and searching for a mobile mechanic, I had the luck of coming across TKO. Cisco came out and did a diagnostic on our truck, he explained everything to me in terms that I could understand.
