The Best Diesel Repair Shop with a personal touch . We were 2000 miles from home with 1200 miles to go to get to our son’s wedding in Oregon . Friday night broke down in Cody Wy . By Monday morning with some help we were put in contact with TKO diesel repair . Dropped the F 250 off Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon we were repaired and on the road to Oregon . previously wrote a 1 star review (big misunderstanding). Terrin (hope i spelt that right sorry good sir) called and explained everything to us and i previously had a different notion of the intentions but didn’t even think to contact him personally. terrin(sorry if i spelt it wrong again) i apologize and appreciate your gesture, thank you for the opportunity to learn from that personal blunder. He seems to be a really good guy from what i know (which is very little but enough).
my fiancé went in to get it diagnosed and possibly further repairs but they changed her spark plugs without asking and then charged $130 for that. wasn’t happy to hear that. they also said they’d need $2000-$3000 to fix it and then switched up and said they’d could do it for $400. what are they doing over there🤦♂️🤦♂️you can tell they don’t care about you, just your money.
The lady who answered the phone seemed unorganized, rude, lacking information and made the whole experience a headache. If this is how they handle customers, I’d be nervous to trust them with my car.
