previously wrote a 1 star review (big misunderstanding). Terrin (hope i spelt that right sorry good sir) called and explained everything to us and i previously had a different notion of the intentions but didn’t even think to contact him personally. terrin(sorry if i spelt it wrong again) i apologize and appreciate your gesture, thank you for the opportunity to learn from that personal blunder. He seems to be a really good guy from what i know (which is very little but enough).
my fiancé went in to get it diagnosed and possibly further repairs but they changed her spark plugs without asking and then charged $130 for that. wasn’t happy to hear that. they also said they’d need $2000-$3000 to fix it and then switched up and said they’d could do it for $400. what are they doing over there🤦♂️🤦♂️you can tell they don’t care about you, just your money.
The lady who answered the phone seemed unorganized, rude, lacking information and made the whole experience a headache. If this is how they handle customers, I’d be nervous to trust them with my car.
Can't get anybody to follow through or call you back. I called multiple times. Kept getting the run around, wishy washy information from the gal who only sometimes answered the phone and then she told me Terren would call me back. He never would, the initial time I talked to him he told me he would text me a quote which he never did. I even tried emailing him. Which he also never responded to.
