My experience with TKL was a nightmare. I would definitely be doing my re search in the future. The communication was appalling, staff weren't turning up to jobs on scheduled dates, and when dates were changed I wasn't informed. My cladding work colour they were about to attach was the wrong colour and if I didnt catch them before they glued it on it would have been permanent and I had to go back into my emails to prove the color was wrong. We (SWCP) recently completed a concrete driveway in Roelands with TKL Contractors Pty Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the result. In December 2025 we organised to have our patio limestone floor removed and replaced with aggregate. We planned for works to be carried out in May. Paid a 50% deposit to lock in the concrete price. Early April we received an email advising that due to the fuel crisis - a levy would be introduced. 3% & 5% on the stages of works. 6 days prior to commencement we were advised that it was put back a month due to weather etc. The fellas did an excellent job on the removal and laying of new concrete.
