I hired Frank for interlocking work and was extremely disappointed with both the quality of work and the level of professionalism. Several spots were clearly missed during the job, and I pointed them out to him. He promised to come back and fix them, but never followed through. Very unprofessional, non-ethical and full of rude behavior. He changed the original quotes 2 times during the work midway, and stopped the work if not agreed to pay. Quality of the work was very poor. After all these challenges, at the end, he promised to do the remaining work (15%) and cleanup next final day, I paid him in full on his request and trusting his promise. He worked at my place and he did excellent brick work on my front porch and back as well. He is very reliable, hard working and professional. I would definitely recommend that anyone who requires, get their work done by him
We contacted Frank re levelling of our patio slabs. Frank and his team were very pleasant, friendly and did excellent work with no delay. Very reasonable price. Frank has a great personality and I would recommend him for this or any similar landscaping type of work.
