Terry was supposed to go and do a pre-purchase inspection on a bus I'dtest driven and loved. All booked in and then he never showed up, and didn't reply to any of my calls or messages. The next day he said he'd go that day. Didn't show up and didn't reply to me AGAIN. The vehicle then got sold to someone else. Absolutely pitiful service and because of him, I missed out on my dream bus.
