I went in for the first time on a friend's recommendation. Although they referred a specific stylist, I was wanting a haircut asap so I booked with first available and got Ralph. I can't express how great of a job he did. He made me feel special when I mentioned my birthday was coming up, he helped my with hair vocabulary when I couldn't find the words, and you can tell he cares about what he does.
