We had a negative experience in 2020 with a rental boat here not functioning properly during our rental period. We figured we'd try again in 2021. We requested a different boat which was confirmed and then 3 days prior to our rental period, they changed our boat back to the one we had the previous year. We made sure to get fully educated on the boat during pick up.
