Kyle is hands down, the friendliest, most knowledgeable person, in ANY customer service position I can ever remember talking to. I have custom axles, and he had no issue helping me get the right axles worked out. I plan to order them in a few days. He was nothing but helpful.
Had nothing but issues the whole time. One axle got lost by shipping, took an extra week to get. Called multiple times to just get brushed off like it was nothing. Got ready to install both axles and the backing plates are so beaten up the drums won't spin. Spent an afternoon forming them back into shape.
Horrible! I do not recommend this company take forever to deliver the package and my part looks use 🤦
