I called Tommy when my snowblower wouldn't start. I told him what I thought was wrong & he said oh that shouldn't be a big problem, can I pick it up tomorrow? I said you will pick it up? That's just easier he said! He came to pick it up & messed with it a bit, pulled & it started!! I wanted to pay him for his time & he said no. I pointed to my lawn tractor needs tune up in the spring & yes he does that. I know who I am calling in the spring! Tommy is a local guy, enjoys doin this & helping people.

Same situation as above review. No communication! Called for service! Talked about a drop off time. And a week later here I sit time wasted with no response.

I initially contacted TK & Sons on 12 December for a snowblower repair. I was told it wouldn't be till the following week, which was fine. I texted on the 20th to follow up as to when he would be picking up the snowblower, no response. I then called on the 22nd and was told he'd try to come get it Thursday or Friday that week, but that did not happen. Half way through the first week of January and still no contact. It would be fine if they would have just said they weren't going to be able to do it, but I lost two weeks wher... read more
