Excellent service. Picked up the snowblower a couple days after we talked (ace said it would be 6 weeks), fixed it same day and returned it safe and sound. Thanks, Tommy!
Fast, reliable and decent price
I called Tommy when my snowblower wouldn't start. I told him what I thought was wrong & he said oh that shouldn't be a big problem, can I pick it up tomorrow? I said you will pick it up? That's just easier he said! He came to pick it up & messed with it a bit, pulled & it started!! I wanted to pay him for his time & he said no. I pointed to my lawn tractor needs tune up in the spring & yes he does that. I know who I am calling in the spring! Tommy is a local guy, enjoys doin this & helping people.
Overcharge and worst customer service
Same situation as above review. No communication! Called for service! Talked about a drop off time. And a week later here I sit time wasted with no response.
