TK Products produces great kennels and their customer service is even better. I had ordered the 6x multi kennel setup. Meredith called a day later and said that a piece of my order wouldn't be ready for 8 weeks, but she could switch my order and that everything would be good. I called back and said I would just prefer my first order, and I'll wait for the rest. she was awesome, order was sent out next day with the pieces that were going to take two months. I live in the British Virgin Islands not the most accessible place in the world. TK products worked with me as I changed my mind and changed my order several times early last year. The staff patiently advised me through this stage and when I ordered 20 kennels of various sizes they dealt with extra hassles involving payment and shipping necessities that are part of living on a small island in the Caribbean.
