The shop is clean, organized, friendly staff and well stocked with parts. If you need a part(s) and they don't have it on hand, they can order it for you. I brought in a flat tubeless snow blower tire to be replaced with one I purchased for $31 online. After showing it to Steve, he suggested that I just put a tube in it. We brought in a gas powered blower for a simple repair. We didn’t hear from them for months, that the repairs are completed. They decided to charge us $20 for weekly storage fees until we pick it up. Customer’s deserve better service and a little less arrogance. I would do a little more research on small engine repair companies before bringing it to TK Power Equipment.
TK Power serviced my lawn mower & snowblower. Great job and reasonably priced. Their pickup & dropoff service was critical since I don’t have a truck. Completely satisfied.
Would not any place but TK.
