I’m not a regular I would say, I only go in for manicures and/or pedicures before special occasions, but I have to say that I am always made to feel welcomed and I find the shop to be relaxing. I always love how my nails look when they are finished. I need to go more often!

Needed to get one nail fixed and they refused to do it because I didn’t remember the color they had previously used. The biggest issue though was the rudeness of the person that talked to me. Never going back.

My nails look alright, but when I asked for an infill price on the phone, I was told it would be $52. They did not inform me when I came in that my nail shape and length would be an extra $10—I have short stiletto nails (see photo—I have gotten nails twice this length at home for no additional charge). I was told to choose a color and then was told that color was extra, so I asked to see the correct colors for the price point, and it took a while to even see those, and the options were pretty limited. Despite it being the most EXPENSIVE pedicure ($70) have ever had, the quality was poor with respect to the no buffing or sanding of toenails, they forgot to do the scrub that was supposed to be part of experience, and the “bar” served us up room temp Diet Coke. Super disappointing to spend 5 hours pay for a pedicure I could have gotten at home. The people seemed nice but charging for premium prices for below average quality was such a let down. I was so excited to go somewhere local!
