The most uncaring service I have ever received. My son’s father traumatized him by cutting his nails too short and he is now scared for me to cut his nails. I brought him to the salon to see if they could help and they basically told me he was scared because I “spoil him”. I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times before also and the stylist admits herself to be a “monster” with cuticles and is completely u apologetic when she burns you with her dremmel machine. NEVER COMING BACK

i went to get my nails done trying to give this place one last chance. i’ve gone to the other monument location before and had a bad experience so i thought maybe this location changed. i go inside with my mom and our appointment was for 1:15 we got to sing the actual nails around 2 just standing in the small lobby. the guy who did my nails was rude to me the whole time, from rudely telling me to sit in a chair to not giving me direction to put my nails under the cure light and getting irritated when he had to tell me to. he... read more

Linda was AMAZING! I received a very poor gel job at another nail salon, and she saved the day! Price was extremely reasonable and the salon was clean. Very friendly staff as well. I will absolutely be seeing Linda again!
