Absolutely terrible experience at TK Nails in Monument. From the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored. No greeting, no direction — just rude stares like we were an inconvenience. I had called ahead, and when I told them I was the one who called, they seemed confused and annoyed instead of welcoming. We stood there with polish colors in our hands and no idea what to do.
