When I tell you service horrible customer service horrible kelly attitude disgusting I will never and I mean ever come back to this nail bar again.
I asked for one coat of polish on my fingernails because I like it thin. Because of how thick she applied the first coat it’s street and she had a place another coat on top of that. Overall there were four coats of base color and topcoat could not dry properly, and my nails are all mugged and nicked.
Pedicure was good, but the tech kept pushing me to do dip powder for my manicure and I felt both services were rushed.
Called in advance to check to see if timing was okay to come. I was advised that they take client until 6:30. I told rep I’d be there at 6:05. She stated that would be fine. At appointment due to limited staff, I changed style to a simple nail polish. The nail tech was SO RUDE !!!! Push and pulling hands during service.
