first and last time ever coming to this salon. I went in for a fill and 1 nail replacement. All of them being my real nails besides one. The lady i received should be the last person to ever own a license to perform and nail service. She cuts all of my real nails with acrylic over them with a nail cutter instead of a drill and i could feel my nails snapping in half. Took my son’s girlfriend and see attached picture for what she wanted: a chrome almond shaped. Which the picture was shown to the guy doing her nails. The pink arrows are what she got. Tried to resolve with the owners and they have more excuses than actions. Will not ever be going back or recommending. I went in with 8 intact acrylic nails. One was completely gone and another was chipped. I went in just wanting them to be removed completely. The nail missing the acrylic nail was broken but the person still filed it down and applied nail glue to the broken nail. Now my finger is pulsing in pain, swollen and hot to the touch. I looked it up, it’s not recommended to glue it because it can trap bacteria. He also popped the rest of my nails off using a plastic tip for another nail. Kevin is amazing. I've been to so many nail artists and am extremely OCD when it comes to them being the same shape, length, no bubbles. It was a satisfying experience through and through.
