Great Equipment, easy to deal with.
THIS PLACE IS NOT OPEN...they were COURT ORDERED TO SHUT DOWN. The owner took my $250 payment for my son’s grad party and left town...left me scrambling to find an awning, tables and chairs from someplace else. Will be filing a complaint on BBB. Thieves!! Call Rentalex in Kalamazoo...they helped me out last minute and were wonderful!
Great Equipment, easy to deal with.
Customer Service needs improvement. Both guys I dealt with were exceptionally grumpy and it was evident they didn’t care if they have your business or not. The rates were fair for the item I rented.
