I purchased a home owners insurance from TY at TK INSURANCE to assist my mom with a condo purchase. I paid the $2700 quote in full. A few weeks later I was told by our lender that the policy is too expensive and would not fit the deal. I emailed in writing to cancel the policy because THAT deal was dead. 3 days later we found an affordable quote. TK Insurance DID NOT refund my policy.
