Really solid gym. I lived in Four Lakes for two years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better workout space. Eric is great and is always looking to make improvements through new/upgraded equipment. It was never too busy to get a good workout, the space is used very efficiently, and everyone there is super friendly. Unique bonus to have the boxing area available to use as well. You won’t find a gym experience like this at a typical chain gym.
Great gym no matter what type of workouts you prefer to do. The owner is great and will always give you a helping hand and the members are very kind.
Great gym. Right in the neighborhood. Serious place to workout. Everyone is super nice at this gym. The owner is also really nice and passionate about his gym.
Solid gym, nice owner, plenty of equipment, never too busy, nice boxing/bjj area that can be used when classes are not in session, would recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the area.
