I would never, ever work with this company, not on a construction project and not for a maintenance contract, both of which I have now unfortunately experienced and am forced to keep experiencing until my mandatory HUGELY EXPENSIVE contract finally expires after five years. Repairs are slow and they only care about how much money they can get out of you. Do yourself a huge favor and work with somebody, anybody, else!

Through the years I've dealt with several elevator service companies and up until recently, TK Elevators stood head and shoulders above the rest.
