A service manager at this location promised to call back to meet a deadline and it’s been over two full business days without a contact back. Beware they will not call you back (at least they have yet to do so) and will send out techs then just charge your place of business without checking in with you. I don’t know if they’re so swamped they can’t handle their business efficiently or what the problem is but I wanted to take a moment to warn others about going with TK Elevator and the lack of response you may experience.
