I live at M-Street Apartments here in Seattle in First Hill and TKE is our elevator company. Our two elevators for our 18 story residential building are constantly down and never seem to have reliability. This has been going on for months and is an absolute nightmare for those with disabilities that live here. Their service, supply chain and products are utter garbage. Avoid them if you plan to put in an elevator.
