Worst company in town. I thought kone was slow. Jesus give kone the contract back if you have zero idea how to fix things. Never in my life have I seen so many down elevators and escalators since tke took over for kone. Literally making Reno look bad by having down equipment all over in general public areas. Staff elevators have been down for 6 months. Cobwebs are now forming on elevator doors that used to work when kone was responsible. Huge joke.
