We have a service contact and have been waiting 3 weeks for a repair. They told us they have the part but no crew available to install it. After several days with no return call, they finally emailed saying they don't have the part. We reminded them that we were informed they had the part, but no crew, and now they just don't answer calls or reply to emails. They don't seem to be able to monitor inventory or make a schedule, and simply avoid all contract with customers in need.
