Stuck inside one of their elevators yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my cell phone with me. I pressed the help button and a human being picked up the intercom. Was very hard to hear the rep. because the speaker was muffled. She assured my help was on the way. 15 min later - I didn’t hear anyone coming , I pressed the help button again.
