The service now is an absolute disaster.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAID FOR MAINTENANCE PLAN AND NEVER GOT MAINTENANCE ON UNIT. WOULD CALL FOR SERVICE AND IT TAKE DAYS TO GET SOMEONE OUT. ACCOUNT MANAGER UNABLE TO HELP, TAKING MONTHS TO GET AN UPDATE ON NEW MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.
I’m honestly not even sure how this business is still operating.. I live in a complex that has elevators that go out on a weekly basis.. what the hell am I paying all this money for.. do y’all just hire people who have no idea how to fix things? Or what.. I don’t understand
This company is arguing with the management at the Retreat at Magnolia and refuse to come and fix our elevator. Some people are on state disability and a report will be filed. Stay away from TK
The last elevator working at 3333 Weslayan has officially stopped working. There are no more functional elevators. The main elevator has been broken since June/July 2024. Slowly one by one, the rest followed. Apartments are no longer accessible for those with handicaps or disabilities.
