Just terrible, awful service. They don't show up and still bill you. Don't respond to emails, even when all of the employees are copied. Talk incredibly rude to their customers. I mean it just doesn't get worse than this. I had to call their Corp company to even get through to then because they wouldn't answer any other call and when the Corp was on the other line, they acted friendly. There always quick to respond to my elevator problems always prompt and friendly
Elevator emergencies are tended to by a call center with very few people working in them. For the past 2 days we have called to report trouble and were on hold for over 20 minutes each time. The recent "software update" has resulted in an entrapment within the elevator and out of service cab for 2 days now. Sincerely hopeful that this can be resolved this trip out.
