This apartment build is only six years old. The elevator has been broken down so many times I can't even count, currently it's been down for eight days. There are many disabled people here with limited mobility, some dependent on electric carts and walkers who are trapped on their floors (4 story building). Multiple times people have been trapped in the elevator when it goes down. They can't seem to get the elevator fixed long term...is it even safe?
