We really need a zero to rate this company. Never get stuck in a contract with this company. Our building has been without elevator service for 2 months. They can’t seem to get a hold of the necessary parts they need. They wont give you barely any information. They wont tell you what the part is they need and who they are getting it from, or when they expect to receive it. When they finally do show up, it’s unannounced. No phone call or email to let you know they are coming. Nightmare.
Like others have said, there’s a van driver in the Baltimore area that seriously needs to be put in therapy. Whoever was driving a van with the license plate 7G1131 this morning needs to be spoken to. Great reflection of this company.
TK has been postponing and rescheduling a single repair/part replacement for our elevator for over five months now. Might be the least reliable maintenance company I’ve ever come across.
worst service ever they never return calls my elevators are always breaking down they will delete ticket and regenerate them when you call for a update on there 24 hr response policy DO NOT get trap into a service agreement with this company
Our condo elevator is down and TK says they should be out around Christmas or New Years! Elevator went out on 12/6! My husband is handicapped and stuck in our building, likely thru Christmas. TK knows seniors are stuck - one other building elevator was out for 7 weeks! Seniors can’t do steps. This is an unbelievable disregard for contract, fire & ADA regs as well as rules of common decency, and pointed at senior citizens. Unforgivable.
