I went to TK for my alterations. I had read online that they did great work and did incredible things with dress fittings. I needed my dress taken in and taken up, my dress had a train so I was measured around the front but the back was not measured so the train could stay on. I repeatedly asked if they could make sure to keep my train on, and they said that they would. I went to pick up my dress and turned around and my train was gone.
