We recently did a kitchen and bathroom remodel which also included replacing the old tile floor with new tile. We had contracted National Floors Direct for the flooring and they did a terrible job leaving us with uneven tile, height difference of over an inch to inch and half between rooms without any transitions installed, posing a tripping hazard, and doors that were stuck due to high floor height.
