Everything went smoothly and I am happy with the finished product
I had a home built by TK and I love it!! They built it on my 1.25 acre lot. They were very upfront with all information and pricing and stayed within the budget! At the end of the build they did not try to hit me with extra charges even with the prices of products going thru the roof! They started my home in June of 2021 and I was in by the new year 2022. I am a second time customer with TK Constructors, We liked working with Jeff as well as everyone else we have had contact with. The New Orleans is the house we have currently under construction. All questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely matter by everyone we have worked with. The reason we chose TK was our first experience with them 21 years ago was fantastic and things have only got better over the years. Would use them again if we ever needed to.
TK Constructors Mt Orab built The Memphis in 2019 for us with some changes to the original floorplan. Jeff was patient and professional as I made changes to our needs. We have now been in our home 2 years with no complaints. Solid built home and came in under budget! Would recommend TK Constructors Mt Orab to anyone looking to build.
