We are extremely grateful and satisfied to have Scott, Dave, and Mark on our team at this phase of the build. They are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful on answering questions and problem solving. Scott goes above and beyond to give insight and solve any problems. We could not be more pleased at this phase of the build.
Excellent communication during the process, from initial appointment with sales consultant Steve (Greenfield office) to closing. House was constructed within the 5 month windows initially estimated (4 months, 5 days). I highly encourage any 1st-time home builders to contact TK as to initiating this process.
