I called and got a quote took it there then almost a week after they said it would be done it was almost a thousand over the estimate. They have a horrible reputation I should have listened don’t make the same mistake.
They don’t call back when they say. They don’t keep you updated. I’ve been waiting 8 months for some damn parts, my car is still bent out of shape.
My car broke down near Grantsville. It was taken to this shop. That was 6 months ago. $6000 later--- I still do not have my car back!!! I live in Indiana. They are not answering the phone and I don't know if my car is still there. I am 73 years old and this is unbelievable.
My car broke down over weekend and Tom determined the issue- water pump and fix it at a fair price on a Monday. Sherry helped me think of alternatives if the worst case scenario fix was needed- head gasket. Great customer service!
