Initially we received their services through Lowes; the job was done VERY poorly and unprofessionally, so the owner came out to fix the damages. After that we were very happy with the work & even asked if he would come back to do a few other things. Apparently he was only concerned with handling damage control. It has been MONTHS and not only have he/they not been back after several phone calls from me, he repeatedly PROMISES to call with the quote or whatever and he never does.
